Who is Coaching You?

I’m Dr. Morgan Stanley PT, DPT - physical therapist, strength coach and formerly an overly competitive athlete. And my Chief Vibes Officer (and entire personality) Ripley the golden retriever is my right hand man. We will be in charge of your programming.

I’ve spent my Physical Therapy career honing my craft in getting people feeling like athletes and athletes feeling like themselves again.

I run Bookends Rehab and Performance in West Holloywood, but this coaching is designed for anyone, anywhere who’s serious about long-term health and performance.

Here’s a bit about what I believe:

  • You shouldn't have to choose between looking good, feeling good and performing well - whatever “perform” means to you.

  • The best training program is the one that adapts to YOU - the other way around.

What if I need to pause or cancel?

Life happens. If you need to pause for reasons we cannot work around we’ll work it out. This is a partnership, not a prison sentence.


I'm not in LA - can I still do this?

Absolutely. 99% of this happens remotely via Everfit and Loom. The only in-person component (for Gold members) is optional and can be swapped for a recovery package.
